Ozzfest Minus Ozz

After blowing out his voice during a recent performance, Ozzy Osbourne says that while OzzFest will be back next year, he won’t – not as a headliner, anyway. Black Sabbath has missed several performances during the current OzzFest tour because of Osbourne’s continuing health problems. Ozzy and manager/wife, Sharon, originated OzzFest as a two-day event back in 1996. It has evolved into a traveling festival, headlined either by Black Sabbath or by Osbourne as a solo act. Ozz, 56, says it’s time for him to “move on and do other things.”
