Michael Gibbins: 1949-2005

Michael Gibbins, drummer for Badfinger, died in his sleep at his Florida home Tuesday (October 4) of causes that have not been made public. Gibbins, who was 56, was one of the original members of the group, which was the first to be signed to the Beatles' Apple record label in 1969.
