STONES VIA FLASH, IT'S A GAS

Soon, you'll be able to listen to the Rolling Stones' new album on your cell phone, PDA, or other compatible device. Virgin Records will release A Bigger Bang on a flash memory card beginning in November. The card will be engineered so that the music stays in the flash memory, and can't be copied to a computer hard drive or other media. Portability comes with a price: the thumbnail-sized memory card will sell for about $40, or about three times the cost of the CD.
