Santanas To Be Honored For Helping Children

In 1998, Carlos and Deborah Santana started the Milagro Foundation to benefit underprivileged children worldwide in the areas of health, education and the arts. The Santanas will be honored for that effort at the 3rd Annual Tequio Awards on March 1.
