• 2006 - Syd Barrett (Pink Floyd) dies of complications from diabetes at age 60

Jim Rodford was also in Argent for their entire run before joining the Kinks for 20 years, and has been in the touring Zombies band the past 5 years. An underrated bassist and a great backing vocalist as well.
