Queen's hand-picked tribute band set

The auditions are over and the winners are getting ready for "The Queen Extrvagananza Tour" sometime in 2012.

Queen drummer Roger Taylor was the driving force behind the creation of a tribute band whose members were selected by members of the band to whom they're paying tribute.

Taylor will be producer and music director for the tour, with guitarist Brian May also involved "later in the production." The road show will feature previously unseen Queen video footage and a lavish stage production.
