By March 13, 2012

Follow me on:

Michael Hossack It was in 1971 that Michael Hossack signed on as a drummer (one of two) with The Doobie Brothers. He left the band in 1973, but returned in 1987, remaining until 2010 when he took a leave of absence after learning that he had cancer.

Hossack died yesterday (3/12) per a brief announcement today on the band's website. He was 65.
