Bottom Line

The technical enhancements and the addition of new vocal and guitar tracks make both CDs a real pleasure to listen to. The previously unreleased tracks, especially on the live album, live up to their "bonus" billing.

Although the performances on the DVD were filmed, they were never intended for commercial release, so there's a home video feel to them. The DVD is noteworthy as a historical documentation of the band at the height of its arena rock days.

Serious BOC fans will want to add these to the collection of reissues that Sony/BMG have been dribbling out over the past few years. Casual or new fans will get a good representative sampling of the band's studio work and its legendary live performances.
