All you had to do to perform at Eric Clapton's Crossroads Guitar Festival was to be one of the most accomplished ax masters on the face of the Earth.
It was like Woodstock only without the mud, and the concession stands didn't run out of food.
More than 29-thousand people happily paid $90 apiece to see and hear a group of guitar legends performing at Chicago's Toyota Park on July 28, 2007. The 11-hour concert was a benefit for the Crossroads Centre Antigua, a drug rehab facility which Clapton founded.
