Grading and Pricing Vinyl Records
It has been said that an item is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. Of course, it's rarely that easy, especially when it comes to placing a value on a vinyl record.
Grading systems and price guides have been created to help us determine a reasonable price for records that we're buying or selling. But sometimes, these well-intentioned aids can confuse as much as they clarify.
Collector and author Robert G. Benson helps us sort through the myriad ways of grading and pricing vinyl records.
