You can't keep a good band down. Well, not for long anyway.
Formed in Los Angeles in 1976, Toto attracted an immediate fan following when their debut album was released in 1978. Since then, their albums have sold well into the millions worldwide, and they have long been recognized as one of the must-see live performance bands.
With the exception of a brief hiatus between 2008 and 2010, the band has continued to work as hard in the '10s as they did in the '70s, with their most recent tours in 2010, 2011 and 2012. A 2013 tour is expected, as Toto celebrate the 35th anniversary of the release of their first album.
